HUGE NEW Product Announecement! - Part 1

OK, this is HUGE news....so huge, there will be 2 separate posts about it. In this post, I'm simply going to share this HUGE news with you, and give you the details...

Here we go....


Back in 2012, Younique exploded onto the scene with their flagship product, the Moodstruck 3D Fiber Lashes which, dare I say, revolutionized Mascara, and created a whole bunch of counterfeiters and copy cats trying to ride their coat-tails.

So what is the big deal about this improved version of the 3D Mascara I was already using?!

I'll tell you!

There have been TONS of enhancements to this product from formulation, packaging, manufacturing, testing, and marketing...seriously, EVERYTHING has changed!

• The applicator wands are now cone shaped rather than hour-glass shaped to give superior even coverage to the lashes every time.
• New packaging offers windows into the tubes so you can visually see how much product is left inside, and when it is time to re-order. The tubes are a sleeker "sexier" design.
• The tubes now come in a cloth re-usable (re purpose-able) pouch with a snap on it vs. the "eye glass type" case. This is more convenient for travel, and it's also fully recyclable.
• The 3D Fiber lashes+ are now made and packaged 100% in the USA!! This is HUGE. This will give consumers more confidence in the products they are buying, knowing they are made right here at home, with higher quality control standards in place!
• The transplanting gel formulation is now fully tested and certified by Ophthalmologists to be 100% hypo-allergenic  - it is free from gluten, soy, sulphates, and parabens!
• This new improved 3D Fiber Lash product can increase your lash volume by 400% - and it's been scientifically tested and proven!
• There is now Patents pending on both the formulation of this product in addition to the packaging, so no longer will fake international companies be able to "re-create" this product and sell it cheaper on places like Ebay and Amazon - this will dramatically give the benefit to only official Younique presenters, as that is now the ONLY way you can get your hands on this product! Really, My Lashes are Amazing! Yours can be too...

Hello Lovelies!

I seriously can't say it enough how much I love the Younique 3D Mascara...seriously, I want to shout it from the rooftops! I have always been a girl who "loves her products" but man, I have never had a mascara make my lashes look as amazing and long as this stuff does!

Even if you are someone who doesn't wear a lot of makeup, Mascara can just really make your eyes stand out, and make them look bigger! No shadow needed, no liner, no lipstick...just Mascara.

This mascara costs $29, which is cheaper than the designer brands, but remember - this just isn't *mascara* it's lash extensions! They are natural...look natural, and leave your lashes healthy and even more conditioned!

If you've ever been one to wear false lashes, you can seriously throw them away after you try this mascara...it'll give you the same effect but without the glue, and without damaging your lashes. It will also last you at LEAST 3 months if you use it EVERYDAY. that's pretty good milage for $29 bucks!

and, well, I just feel a need to really SHOW you how amazing my lashes are...this was Yesterday, and those are my REAL lashes, not false ones. I am just wearing a coat of regular mascara and 1 coat of the Younique 3d Fiber Lash extensions (You can also just use the Younique 3D Mascara/extensions without using regular mascara underneath BTW...it just gives it the extra kick).

You will also get an email from Payquicker (which is just like Paypal) to verify your account. When someone makes a purchase through your Younique presenter page, the 20% commission will get deposited into your payquicker account within 3 hours of that sale! When you've earned $50 in commissions, they will automatically issue you a visa debit card that is linked to your payquicker account. You can use your debit card anywhere Visa is accepted using the funds in your payquicker account. Parties are all done on social media (mostly facebook).

People can click "Party" on your Younique presenter's page, and schedule a party. You will get notified by email when this happens, and you should then reach out to that person and create a closed group for them on facebook and tell them to invite their friends. From there, you post about the products (since you are now familiar with them), Post photos, videos, articles, play games - whatever you want - to keep people engaged and showing off the products. When people place orders through the hostess' party link, you as the presenter earn 20% commissions on all sales, and the hostess earns Points. In order for a party to "qualify" (which means the hostess is eligible for rewards) she must earn 2000 points. Points are calculated on item cost x 100. For example, the Fiber Lash mascara is $29 - This would earn the hostess 290 points when someone buys it. Below I have a chart that shows the breakdown in how hostess rewards are earned:

Is it worth it to host a party? ABSOLUTELY! If you are a woman, chances are you have friends/family who love makeup, and will be interested in learning about makeup that is natural, hypoallergenic, gluten-free, latex-free, and Cruelty-free! If they buy, you could get YCash toward free product AND half price items (This is good on big collections! 50% off on $155 is only $$77.50!) Also, the products are great for all ages!

Is it worth it to become a presenter? ABSOLUTELY! You get a >50% discount on a makeup kit (presenter kit $99, valued at $215), and you can either buy products through your own page, essentially giving you a constant 20% discount on anything you buy, or if other people buy, you earn money! You don't lose anything if you can't make it work - you can an awesome makeup kit, for half price. I will be PERSONALLY training all of my team though, so I have faith that you can make it work! I will say, In the first month I joined, I achieved yellow status, had one presenter already under me, and already made a few hundred in commissions. I also now make 25% commisions now that I am at Yellow status. If *I* Can do it, with a full time job, and two 8 month old twins...so can you!

When 2 things you love Collide: Makeup and Helping Other Women in Need.

When most people hear the name Younique, they think of all of the gazillions of Mascara posts all over the internet. Yes, the Fiber lash mascara is wildly popular, and yes, it is THAT GOOD, and yes, it is a direct sales company who are always recruiting new presenters.

But there is a little known fact about Younique (except it seems for those of us who have already become involved with the company, or know someone who is) Younique's mission of uplifting and empowering woman does not just stop at making a woman feel beautiful because of her makeup - They actually donate a large portion of their proceeds towards the Younique Foundation, which is a new center for sexually abused women. 1 in 3 woman, statistically, will be, or has been sexually abused by the age of 12. It's a terribly sad and tragic statistic, and one that we may not be able to change, but what Younique can do, is try to help those woman who have been affected by giving them someplace to go to heal, from the inside out.

I can tell you my personal reasons for joining the Younique family, and I will, in a separate post, but I wanted to share this face about Younique with you all, since to me, it seems so much more important than the product they sell, and that message gets lost in translation among the copious posts about how amazing the 3D Fiber lash mascara is.

The Skinny on the Younique Fiber Lashes...Are they worth the Hype??

So when I first heard about these lashes, I was intrigued...I've always liked how false eyelashes looked on people who wore them, but was too creeped out by the glue etc to even attempt to wear them myself. A friend of mine had joined Younique, and hosted a virtual party that she invited me to, which is where I first heard about these lashes. I was skeptical at first, and a little wary that with my luck, I'd end up looking like Tammy Fay Baker...but thankfully, they live up to the hype, and I LOVE the way the make my lashes look, and it's as easy as applying mascara! I fell so head over heels with this product, I decided to join the company!

So the product comes in a beautiful case, which looks like an eye glasses case with the Younique logo on it, and there are two tubes inside: the black transplanting gel, and the black fibers. I will also mention, the quality of the packaging is second to none...they feel very solid and very high quality.

Two additional items that I highly recommend that you use with this to get the best results, are an eyelash curler, and a brow/lash comb. You can get these at any drug store, or Younique also offers brushes for sale, a brow/lash comb being one of them.

To apply:

1.) Curl lashes with an eye lash curler (optional step)

2.) Apply transplanting gel just like Mascara (tip: scrape excess gel off of the applicator back into the tube before application to avoid eye lash clumping! )

3.) apply the fibers just like you would mascara

4.) Use the lash comb to separate lashes and get rid of any stray fibers and clumps (optional step)

5.) apply another coat of transplanting gel to seal the fibers onto your lashes - again, scrape any excess gel off of the applicator brush to avoid clumping before applying.

6.) Use the Lash comb one last time to perfect your lashes! (optional step)
